Kate Voegele opens up a special edition of the One Tree Hill Connection podcast as the 15th edition celebrates the return of One Tree Hill for season six on Sept 1 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
The exclusive interview with Kate Voegele, who plays Mia on One Tree Hill, is part of the podcast’s “Artist Alley” segment. This edition also has comments from fans on why they are excited about the return of One Tree Hill for season six. The episode concludes with part one of a two-part exclusive interview with One Tree Hill Music Supervisor Lindsay Wolfington.
Next week’s episode will include part two of The One Tree Hill Connection podcast’s exclusive interview with Lindsay Wolfington. It is the ONLY place you can hear Lindsay dissect musically the first episode of season six. Also, there will be an “Artist Alley” segment with a band featured on the first episode of season six.

I really liked this one. Kate seemed really sweet. Lindsay was so great to listen to. She seemed authentically excited about her job and it was great to hear some behind the scenes stuff from her. I am a total fan of Kate. I discovered her music when she came on OTH. After hearing her play “No Good” in one episode, I was blown away and immediately went online to download her other songs. Once I gave them a listen I realized how talented this girl is and how authentic she is. I think she’s a very refreshing young artist and to call her a “pop star” would to limit her in my opinion. She’s a very gifted and natural musician, as a songwriter she is absolutely fantastic and I find her so down-to-earth. Rock on Kate:)
This was a great interview. It’s cool to know that her experience on the show has been so positive and that the cast welcomed her with open arms. I love how she evolved the character of Mia and she’s very charismatic to me. I can’t wait for her to return for a few episodes to see more of her on my screen.
Kate is such a beautiful singer, I love her character but I loved Robbie Jones’ character Quentin more so I’m pretty ****** she is returning after he’s been killed off. Hopefully Mia or Haley writes a song for Quentin or atleast dedicates it for him. Can’t wait to hear her song ‘Break A Broken Heart’ on ‘One Tree Hill’ this season.
