An exclusive interview with Joe Manganiello, who plays Owen, highlights the 35th edition of the One Tree Hill Podcast. Joe talks, in the Behind the Scenes of One Tree Hill segment, about the drastic turn in his character of Owen and his possible future on One Tree Hill. The podcast also includes and “Artist Alley” segment with William Fitzsimmons who teamed up with Rosi Golan for the coda song of 614 “Hazy” and a review of the 14th episode of season six.
Fans can also have a chance to take Joe Manganiello home with them – well an autographed photo anyway. The One Tree Hill Podcast will be giving away an autographed photo of Joe to one lucky fan. All you have to do is leave a comment for Joe or even just about the podcast and you are entered. Leave a comment under the comments section of the 35th edition. The contest ends January 17 and the winner will be announced during the January 20th edition of the podcast.

Joe is my favorite person so I loved the interview!! Thank you so much for giving us that. It’s good to know that originally Brooke and Owen were suppose to make up and stay together. I wish they would of left it like that.
I really hope Owen comes back he’s one of my favorite characters. I’m going to Wilmington in February and I soo badly want to meet him. Joe’s the guy I want to meet the most so *hint, hint* mark bring OWEN/JOE back!!

I love One Tree Hill and the podcast was just fantastic! I was really rooting for Brooke and Owen…kinda of still am…I cant wait till Owen (Joe) comes back to OTH!!!
Owen’s my all-time favorite character on the show and he seems like such a sweetheart during these podcasts! Its a shame knowing that Brooke and Owen couldve made up but stuff happens and ill let that fact slide..as long as i get my Browen love scenes in the end! =)
I love One Tree Hill, and I especially like the addition of Owen. I love his character and what he has to bring to Tree Hill. As for Joe he’s an amazing actor and I enjoyed getting to watch him at work shooting a Slamball scene when I got to be an extra for my birthday

LMFAO Joe is so funny. Why wold Sophia be hoping BO end up together? Don’t even try using the CS excuse. Sophia has brains and knows who is right for her character. She won’t say it because of reasons but everybody knows BL are IT. And Joe, what happened to that steamy BO scene? Brooke kicking Owen out of her car and leaving him naked on the street isn’t steamy. It is just pathetic and reminds fans of a time when Chad/Lucas was naked in Season 1 and when he was shown like that, it WAS steamy. Chad/Lucas>New Guy #25424587

Joe is a great actor and it’s great to hear him do an interview and find his opinion on storylines/people from OTH. I loved Browen, but Brooke/Julian is getting interesting so we’ll see how this goes. I hope they don’t get rid of Owen or make him be too much of a jerk cuz I’d love Browen to end up together. I just have to say I can’t believe that they were going to have Browen get back together, and then they changed it. Evil!!!
I had no idea Joe had also been on ER and How I Met Your Mother…now I must go back and find those episodes! I’m sure I’ll make mental connections once I rewatch them. Great things seem to be on the horizon for Joe!

Another great podcast and I’m loving the interaction from Joe who is doing a great job as Owen. He is such a great addition to the cast and has already won the hearts of many including all the BO fans and believe me, that’s me. Great insight to many different topics, including somethings I would never pick up myself. Let’s hope we get to see and hear more from Joe in the future! Keep up the great work with the podcasts!
Omg … I liked Joe as Owen but I really don’t want him back anymore, atleast not for Brooke and so I don’t see any other reason why he should return
Thanks for the great interviews. “Behind Enemy Lines” sounds good. Really like Joe’s character Owen. He is a real he-man and I wanted him to stay strong so I’m a bit disappointed his storyline went the way it did.:( But good to know he is staying in Tree Hill.
Also, funny (haha) to hear him say ‘Browen’.

Review: Kind of agree about Julian. I like him and I like him with Brooke too but I’m still a bit cautious about his character.

Great review of the episode. I, too, loved the final scene because it’s nice to see Lucas and Nathan grown up and better men than their father, Dan. Nathan probably wanted a brother growing up and the walkie-talkie scene was just so cute.

I love Joe! And Owen! You need to come make an appearance in NYC! I was extatic to learn Owen is back. After a dramatic episode OTH always has a calm funny one, monday’s ep. was super cute alot of great scenes with the characters brooke&mouth, hayley&lucas, nathan&lucas, mia&chase, leyton.
I missed Owen! Also the quotes were great.

I love how down-to-earth Joe is and how he had nothing but great things to say about Sophia and Lisa. I think it’s great how Joe (and the other actors…as he mentioned Sophia) has hopes for the character’s development, just as we, the fans, do.
I can’t wait for the return of Owen!

Great podcast Denise I always look forward to hearing your input on the episodes. I have to say I am still looking for Brooke and Owen to end up together in the end, I am not a fan of Julian but I am a huge OTH fan so whatever happens so be it. I loved listening to your interview with Joe. It is nice to see people take time out of their own lives to entertain us in their spare time. Joe seems like a very sincere guy and when people do things like he has coming on the podcast or visiting the chatrooms that is such a selfless act that really makes him stand out as real genuine person.
