the one tree hill connection No. 46

An “Artist Alley” segment with Kate York and a review of the 19th episode of season six, “Letting Go,” highlights the 46th edition of the One Tree Hill Podcast. Kate’s song “Harley Sunday” was featured on this week’s episode.

NEXT WEEK: An exclusive interview with Andrew McMahon from JACK’S MANNEQUIN. He talks about his new album The Glass Passenger and working with Twilight author Stephanie Meyer on the video for his song “The Resolution.”

UPDATE on Civil Twilight album: I just got an email from Rich, a member of Civil Twilight. The band’s album has been pushed to a summer release. As I mentioned in this week’s podcast it was scheduled for a Mar. 31 release. Good news, when it releases in the summer, the One Tree Hill Podcast will be giving away a copy to fans.

Great podcast!! The Civil Twilight shoot out was cool. I too have been waiting since you interviewed them for the release of their album. Do you happen to know where they’re selling it at? I can’t find it anywhere. Thanks

    Denise,
I do not always agree with you. For example, I loved how Peyton brought up Jake! haha of course she knew that Brooke meant Julian but obviously she was being her smart *** self and by bringing up Jake. Oh and I totally had no idea what the whole “thudded” thing you kept mentioning when we chatted. I only got it when listening to the podcast! Oh and even though I disagree with you sometimes, I still love listening to your reviews!

Nice interview with Kate York as well. It is obvious she loves what she does. Also I think its so cool that you gave a shout out to a band…it makes artists see that “hey making an appearance today on a podcast, isn’t going to just disappear, b/c when my album comes out…she will give me a shout out.”

Looking forward to the next podcasts!
