I LIKE SEASON 3 THE BEST BECAUSE THATS WHEN LUCUS FINALLY REALIZES HE IS IN LOVE WITH BROOKE. BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT BRUCAS BELONG TOGETHER.
dude. how did his relationship with brooke not have drama?! He chased after her for 2 seasons and there was so much crying and drama during their actual relationship(s) it was ridiculous! (and fun..)
I think it was way too easy with peyton quite frankly. in season 4 it’s like suddenly brooke no longer likes him and he loves brooke and 8 episodes later..oh wait he’s completely forgotten about brooke and suddenly in love with peyton just like that. waaay too easy in my opinion. not to mention he is totally making out with his sister…but that one is just my opinion of course. no deliberate bashing here.
But i do disagree with your statement about brooke and lucas being easy. Completely the opposite! but hey it’s good that everyone has different sides cus otherwise we would have nothing to argue about as fans haha

I started watching One Tree Hill in the Spring of 2007, during the long hiatus in season 4. I caught up on all those seasons rather quickly…so I know exactly what you mean about cramming things in to catch up. I should watch them over again too and get a better appreciation for them. For example during the review when you mentioned the school board meeting and Dan trying to get Whitey fired…I was like “I don’t remember that part…” LOL
Now off to do the dishes and listen to the next podcast!

Just curious…are you capable of talking about any characters or couples on this show without tying in Peyton or LP and turning it into a discussion about these two characters? It sure doesn’t seem like it, and since you can’t, I have to wonder why you’re even continuing this podcast…or at least your episode commentaries…in S7 with Peyton and Lucas gone and you clearly not interested in any of the other characters on the show. Unless, of course, you’re going to just use the podcast as a way to put down the show for going on without your favorite characters?
If that’s not your intent and you’re going to continue to call this a “One Tree Hill” podcast, you really should spend some time discussing the other characters based on their own merit and not just how what they do affects your favorite character.
I understand character bias. I have my own. But I don’t have a podcast that, based on its name at least, claims to be about the show as a whole, when clearly its anything but that.
If nothing else, I guess it might be interesting for some listeners to see how you still manage to make everything about Peyton in your S7 commentaries when she’s nowhere to be found. If anyone can do it, I’m sure you can.
