Oh I love the “what if’s” You guys read so much into things and I love listening to hear what y’alls ideas, theories…what if’s. Personally I think Julian meant it hurt him for historical reasons only because he used to date her. So it was hard for him to see her with another guy. Never in a million years would I have thought they were digging at something deeper there. No matter what anyone had gone through I think Naley and Leyton would end up together. What ever the came maybe have been. As for Dan 2.0…I think it would have been Lucas if I had to pick. Haley wouldn’t have let Nathan get that far. Random but, ah…Andrea I’m from Alabama too! I love these podcasts! Thank you for everything you do Denise. Stephanie, Amy, Kaitlin, and Andrea I appreciate y’all too!

Along the lines of minor characters, in regards to Owen, if the Owen/Brooke arc hadn’t happened then Rachel would be dead and the Rachel/Dan arc wouldn’t have happened either. In season 5, Brooke and Owen go to New York and find Rachel passed out on the floor via OD, and Owen revives/saves her. Therefore, no Owen = no Rachel.
Oh, Megan, that is a great ripple what if with Owen and Rachel.

what if Chad and Hilarie decided on staying for season 7?
they’d need to cast sawyer, we wouldnt have all this forced drama, because seriously, lucas and peyton are the drama of tree hill. and we wouldnt have all the new characters…
what if the whole thing with renae hadnt happened?
what if Peyton hadnt of gotten pregnant? or if she did get pregnant but lost the child?
What if jamie had drowned in season 5?
What if lucas had never met lindsay?
What if Lucas decided to go with keith in the ‘dream epi’ in s4?What if Lucas had seen Peyton letting Dan hold Sawyer in 624?What if Peyton had actually said what she was gonna say during lucas and lindsay’s wedding?What if peyton had gotten pregnant in s4 (417)?What if Peyton stayed in Tree Hill and didn’t go to LA? ect.
That was so interesting ! I loved how if one thing either happened or never happened how differnet the show would be. This is one of the only posdcast I have listened to of yours besides interviews with sophia bush and danieel harris. But this really made me think about alot of what if’s. The biggest one I thought of was What if brucas ended up together, that would change alot of things. And the biggest what if- in season 1 nathan and lucas never became friends, there wouldnt even be a one tree hill show. I think you guys should do another What If show, please ! Anyways, great podcast I will definetaly listen again.

Haley on Tour – Wow never actually thought of this…. and I think eventually they would have found there way together sometime but I dont think they would have become the Naley they are and who knows maybe Haley would have been WAY CAUTIOUS about everything and we would have no Jamie…. wow never actually thought of that
Dan hadn’t Killed Keith- This is MY MAJOR WHAT IF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that would have been a major ripple in the pond, I think it might have changed the whole dynamics…
and I love Amy!!!! cause I was holding out… for no Lucas and Peyton!!! maybe BRUCAS WOULD HAVE STAYED TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and for me that is important
and Dan a nice guy and having faith he would have done the right thing and the shooting eatng him out… GIVING HIM TOO MUCH CREDIT!
Peyton Pregnant with Julian’s baby – TOTALLY AGREE IT WAS HINTED AT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! totally think they advoided this story line. Agreed with you I think it should have been explored and i think that maybe if they were doing another season it would have been explored and who knows… I COULD HAVE HAD BRUCAS BACK!!!!

What if brooke was really preggers – totally think it was suppose to be Brucas having the baby in season 3 but because of the real life drama i think Mark had to take the story elsewhere!!!!! MAN I love that someone lives in my head…
I think that if she was really preggers in season 1 I think that she wouldnt have had the baby I think that is was bad timing for the show. however if they went ahead and had the baby i think it would have been a whole different show 100% completely different… it wouldnt have been one tree hill.. I think the brooke we know and love okay some of us know and love but i think Brucas is why brooke is the person she is today…. the non shelfish one
did Peyton ever get told bout the pregency scare to begin with… I dont remember her every finding out… I know Luke told Nathan but I dont think anyone else knew!!!!!!
Browen didn’t happen – I WOULD HAVE BEE HAPPY if he hadnt been on the show only millie and mouth’s story would have not exsitsed… I love JOE but it doesnt matter if he came and or went
Having more CAST TOGETHER and relatable – I agree just dont know what goes on…. I miss everyone together
What if Nate didnt have a comeback – shaving of points tossed through windows… i agree he would have become Dan… i think he wouldnt have been our Nate but if he became Dan would Haley have left him and thus Lucas becoming Keith to Jamie… and therefore opening a family door to Haley and Lucas…
Peyton’s drug use – i think that would been a great story line and i think that it would have been a huge thing for Peyton and I think that is needed to been explored…. the stats now adays coke is the easiest acessable drug now adays so its not far off a highschooler with coke… i think Hilarie would have been AMAZING with this story line…

what if there wasnt a time Jump – I dont think we would have an OTH I think dispite the unknowns it was the best thing they could have done….and I dont think he ever graduated…time jump wise what if Brooke didnt say no to lucas that night in NYC….. what would have happened
